He said it worked fine for around 1yr, then all of a sudden it froze online. Now when he boots up the monitor will say no signal, and if it gets passed that it goes straight to reboot or insert boot media and press key screen. We have tried a new hard drive, a new OS (Windows 7). Also sometimes when rebooting the keyboard wont respond, and the computer will not boot at all. Anyone know what we could try to fix this?
Any help would be great,
Thanks,
Kolten

If, as you say, you have owned the computer 6 months you are still under warranty. Call support and have them walk through with you to trouble shoot the problem as a number of different problems could cause the issues you are experiencing. Good luck:)
It's probably broken, something's fried, probably the motherboard, build a new one yourself, its worth it.
