I lost my green card!?
I live in California. My green card status is good for 10 years
and it will expire next year. This is my first green card.
If I lose my green card, is it possible to renew it?
Do I have to pay for the lost fee and the renewal fee?

Yes you are required by law to carry it all the time ... you must renew it

You just get a new one. Go to the USCIS website.
BTW, did you report this to the police?
Try and get a blue one instead...
