im thinking of workin out with lots of clothes to sweat more?? i dunno if thats bad or not...i dont eat much cuz ima busy girl so i dont want any dietz or cleansers...i jus need a couple tips on exercise plz =]

well at 6 1 160, u r already at a pretty good weight, so ur on the right track, well it's good to runa at least a mile a day, 50 situps, and start with 3 pushups, next day do 4..5..6..and ull progress, get stronger, and burn calories..
lots of clothes? pffft. all you'll do is sweat more & all that water weight will be replaced the next time you have a glass of water.
a good, low impact cardio workout: swim.
easy on the joints, a great cardio & calorie burner.
no running around with clothing is bad water lose.
