I am wondering if anyone has heard of this type of disorder, I have not been seen by a doctor to start any testing which I can only imagin the costs, it is not related to one specific part of the body, it is more like a body jolt. I can not narrow down what causes it to do it more or less, I'm sure its related to the Central Nervous System in some aspect. It can be distracting in some cases and then having to explain it when someone askes me why I jumped.

Those aren't involuntary reflexes... they are involuntary movements. There is a specific difference. Reflexes are either in your tendons (knee tap for example)... or for reactions, such as righting reaction... things your body does automatically (protective for adults, and protective and developmental for babies).
You could look into disorders of the systems involved in the motor system... the basal ganglia is specific to suppression of involuntary muscle movements. Does parkinson's run in your family?
I would get it looked at... costs or not. What if you have something serious going on in your brain? The costs of test could be trivial to perminantly affecting your life... could be nothing... or a tumor... or a malfunction.
If money is an issue... go to county if possible.
I have a CNS desease and beleive me, the sooner the diagnostic the better to avoid potential irreversible dammage to your system. See a Neuro asap. Hope the best for you. Yake care
