Sorry if i'm being a total creeper but my mom's friend bought me some cases like that and i have the nano 5th generation so they don't go with mine. I can give them to you on Monday :D
ebay or amazon.com work well online. For stores I go to a place called Five Below where they have ipod stuff for five bucks or less including cases...
Just Search on eBay.
