There are risks with any type of surgery which requires anesthesia. There are also risks for infection.

Any surgery is dangerous , but you do what you have to do. If I a nose i didn't like , I wouldn't take the chance. If i was in an accident and had a burnt face , I'd be glad for craniofacial surgery.
