I'm 16, 5'8" 145lbs, and my 1 rep max for bench press is 200lbs. Is that good?
for your weight that is pretty good.
Real Solid but remember the words of Mike Burgener. "It's absurd to strength train without the bench press, but equally absurd to rely on it completely." Don't get hung up on your max in one lift.
