I've been a pescatarian for about a year now. I recently posted a question about eating meat, but decided that I'm going to stick to my diet and try some things I hadn't before.
I noticed recently that I do eat a lot of sugary things like candy bars (mostly cookies and cake!) and was wondering how I can get out of this habit? What methods did you find helpful, or what can you substitute for that sugary goodness?
Also, two questions in one. I don't have a lot of time in the evening between activities and homework; what sort of recipes are quick and easy, and loaded with nutritional yummy-ness?

I am pesc too! Great choice :):)
I find things like broccoli taste sweet. Sweetcorn is sweet and healthy, and a fruit salad is delicious.
I eat sugary things a lot too.But not too much. Just to sustain my curves. ;P
