Teppanyaki Bar or Teppanyaki Restaurant. Benihanas are one of them.
Sushi that was made in front of you - Sushi bar.
Sushi that was put on "those rolling things" and you just pick one - Kuru kuru sushi or kaiten sushi. Other names for kuru kuru sushi: Conveyor belt sushi and sushi-go-round.
Foods that were cooked in front of you - Teppanyaki. Teppanyaki is also falsely called hibachi even though it got absolutely nothing to do with a hibachi grill.
Foods on skewers that were grilled (some times right in front of you) - Kushiyaki or more commonly known as yakitory. This is where you might be able to see a hibachi grill.
