I'm looking at getting a new laptop, but I want to be able to play some reasonable games on it, but I have been out of the loop so long I have no idea about laptop graphics cards anymore.
which would you buy in a choice between:
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 Graphics
or
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD (I think its 4500M but I'm not sure)
Update:Also I have my PC and 360 for heavy gaming, I just want something I can play something alright on.

Geez... both of these are terrible for gaming, but I think the Radeon is better. Of course, the CPU is important as well.
None of those. They are both integrated cards which can play Sims 3 and wow on low settings. And for those who automatically think the ATI is better, both cards have about the same power. However, if dedicated memory has been added to the ATI then it would be better (it is possible to do this, but chances are it uses only shared memory). You need a dedicated card.
get one with a dedicated gpu. those $400-600 laptops won't cut it. there's an asus one at bestbuy.com for $999 thats good for gaming check it out
deffinately the ati
