Load .ipa files into Installous?
I have a jailbroken iPad and I know a thing or two about downloading and install cracked .ipa files.
What I want to ask is, is it possible to download the .ipa file on your computer first, and then load it into Installous or whatever for it to install on my iPad?

there is two ways to achieve that :
download .ipa file with your computer drag the app file into itunes, sync your device
or get installous in your ipad check this guide
