I absolutely LOVE this car. It's at an auto dealer and I would love to get it, it looks in excellent condition.
This would be my first car. I have a few questions though.
Today is Friday. I would only be able to check it out on Sunday. I'm so afraid that someone will be able to snatch it up before I see it. Is this stupid? Haha, can I like call to say I want to look at it? I don't want it to be gone.
Also, I have a job. I have about a grand saved, and will have all the money to pay off the car in a few months. But I do want to buy the car asap. How would you suggest I go paying it? Get a loan through the dealer (if offered) or go to a third party?
I'm super new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

- YES. Never fall in love with one car and never tell yourself you can't live without that car. You'll end up getting ripped off if you dont know what you're doing.
You should get financing through a third party if you can. Even if you end up going through the dealer for financing, you need to keep them competitive. Otherwise, they will just stick you with the lender that gives them the best kickbacks and not necessarily the lowest rate. I suggest your local credit union as a good place to start.
If your credit score is under 600, if you have a lot of debt or if you make less than $1500 a month, you probably will not be able to get financed without a co-signer.
If you are under 18, your parents will have to handle the transaction.
Before you buy this, you HAVE to get it inspected by a professional. This vehicle is historically known as a POS from a reliability standpoint. It may be a good one, but I wouldn't assume it is. Once you sign those papers and drive off that lot, the vehicle is yours. No grace period, no givebacks.
