I ordered a halloween costume online and it was suppose to get here on the 17th. When it didnt get here on the 17th i checked my tracking and it said it was delivered to the address across the street which is the same address as my apartment. Seems like an honest mistake or something so on the 18th i walked across the street and the place is a health office and i asked the lady at the front desk if they recived my package by mistake and she went to the back and looked around and said she didnt see it there. she said the lady that takes care of the mail wasnt there that day and gave me her card and said to call tomorrow to see if they had it because she didnt know if she returned it to the post office. So i went home and called the post office and they took my tracking number and said that it was returned that morning and it was on a delivery truck. The guy took my address and said it would be delivered the 19th. So today i wait till around 4 and by that time i realize its not comming so i called the post office again and some other guy answered and said the guy yesterday was lying to me and there were no records of him tracking it or changing the address! and they didnt even know where the package was! So i went to the health office again to ask the lady if they had it and she said she returned it last night around 10! Even though she knew i was comming to get it today! and i called the post office again and said they didnt have it! WTFFF!?!?!?! im sooo pissed. One of them is lying. The post office said to call tomorrow to see if they have it! wtf do i do if the lady says she returned it and the post office says they dont have it?! Sorry...im super annoyed and pissed.

It's time to take serious action!! Go to this website http://www.uspsoig.gov/contact.htm Its the
office of the inspector general. Place an online complaint. Keep calling your local post office.
Ask for the post master general there in that office. Let them know you placed a complaint.
If you have, to call the number on this website. Keep calling and being a pain because
somewhere some supervisor will have to address this and it won't go well for those
giving you the run around in that post office. You should also call the company
that you ordered from. I'm sure they will want to know the slack way the post
office has handled this and will also apply pressure from their end. Good luck!
The USPS is somewhere I try to use as little as possible.
