I don't know what's wrong with me but my energy has been significantly low the past few months. I sleep more than I am awake and as much as I try to get up and go jogging or do other activities meant to increase energy, I am always tired. Is it low iron, or does this seem like something else? What steps should I take to fix this?
For the record, I am not pregnant (I'm a virgin) so I know that's not it. And it's not laziness because I was fine a couple of months ago when I was able to wake up naturally at 6am and be in bed by 11pm without any problems throughout the day.

it can be the food your eating, it can get you drowsy. drink water, and set yourself to excercise atleast 20 minutes a day. if you dont sleep during the day for atleast 1 day, youll get back into the routine were your super sleepy in the night, causing you to sleep like a baby.
try it out, hold yourself up. go outside and go for a jogg or atleast a walk.!
i grow to be on antidepressants for some years, and my capability levels have been low ever considering that. I asked the surgeon and she or he stated it grow to be a side effect of the melancholy, no longer the medicine. concern is, i'm so lots extra helpful now, and nevertheless have undesirable capability levels, which drives me nuts considering that i'm used to being very very energetic, and there are maximum of issues i love to do. I easily have tried supplementations, extra snoozing time, mediatation, religious healing, each type and not something has yet carried out the trick.
Eat healthy foods and take supplements if possible, Im weak also because of my sickness I tend to eat a lot right after i took my medicines i need to eat a lot of food so the medicines will consume somthing . Eat fish and fruits and vegetables.
