LT Spice Transistor question?
We are trying to import a PSpice model into LT Spice of an IGBT. However, when we import it, LT Spice recognizes Kp (trans-conductance) and Kf as mutual inductances. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

A "native" PSPICE IGBT model will not work with LTspice, because LTspice doesn't have one. There are a couple of ways to handle this. First, you could make your own model out of a BJT and a MOSFET, but it will not be easy. The best solution is to get a SPICE compatible subcircuit from the vendor. If the vendor subcircuit is compatible with PSPICE, it will probably work with LTspice. Good luck.
