i have a dell xps 420 and a intel core 2 duo and i have a new graphics card, a Geforce 9800 GTX, and when i install it, the moniter says entering power save mode, the little number 2 on the top of the CPU dosen't light up. I have everything plugged in, i have enough power to power it, but it somehow dosen't recognize it. what is the problem? is it my graphics card, or something else? what can i do to fix this?

the driver won't install without the card in and it won't boot up so i can't install the drivers.
