I recommend Macbook Pro 13 inch. It has everything you need in your pc unlike air.Air is cheap but Macbook Pro definitely worth your money. There are good things about both machines in terms of specification. Both are known to have a faster processor,long lasting battery,higher resolution but Air lacks optical media i.e. no built in CD/DVD drive. Where as, Macbook Pro has awesome video quality,video editing and many other extra features. No other machine can give you the ultra sophistication than a Macbook Pro.

It doesn't sound like you know what the differences are between the Macbook Air, and the Macbook Pro... and since those differences are spelled out pretty explicitly right there at Apple.com (the link I gave you) it therefore stands to reason that you haven't looked them up to see those differences.

Let me save you the obvious headache of looking at a bunch of stuff I don't think you will understand. Get the Macbook Air. From what you describe, it was made for what you want to do.

Macbook Pro 13, i have one and pretty much do everything you do. I decided on the pro as the features of the Air are all to do with graphics and its more for design and looks rather than the way it works.

I don't know much about the Air but i wouldn't get it unless it is capable of playing Steam games. If it can i might get the Air instead of the 13" Pro to save $.
