I have a MacBook Pro 13" 2010 with the mini display port. On my main PC I have 2 1920x1080 monitors, what would I use to connect the macbook to those 2 screens and use them as primary and secondary and not use the macbook screen?

You would need some sort of splitter to turn the mini displayport into 2 connectors. Since the two screens probably don't have displayport connectors, you might want a mini displayport to dual-link DVI connector and then a DVI splitter. Once you connect the monitors, you should be able to configure them in System Preferences->Displays.
Disclaimer: I've never tried using 2 monitors with the Macbook Pro before, so I don't know if it's even possible to handle it.
I would use a matrox box, but those are pretty expensive.
