MW2 PC gpu usage low?

I have the GeForce GT630m and it plays this game at about 70-80% usage, but only get about 40-45 fps. PLEASE HELP!

Update:

You're kidding me right...I know that MW2 goes up to 60, as it has before, and goes higher than that.

MW2 doesn't support more than 45FPS, get a proper crack with patch if you want 60FPS.
