My father and mother got a divorce my father cheated with some hoe moved her in her kids in the house soon to be married the judge gave my mother a proposal so me 17 my brother 14 has to stay with my father while the baby stays with my mom .. My dad dont want to pay child support this the reason he wants us he hasnt did anything for me or mt brothers for 2years now get custody of me and my brother but not the baby he try to make his self look good my mom is so hurt that this happened . I don't know what to do but I think I'm gonna tear down my fathers house with a hammer when I get over their this is not right my mom takes care of us and have a great job nod thinking about quitting because my dad tell the judge she want be able to help us with home work because of her hours I'm seriously ready to do some damage to his house help ):

You can protest in the court house and say you would rather stay with your mother and tell why you don't want your dad to have custody explain what you just said to the judge!
You've only got a year to go, so leave it to your brother to do what damage to the house needs to be done. You can't be CERTAIN of all the facts in the divorce case, so let your father tell his side before you go ape on him.
This is not justice, and you must fix it. first talk to your dad, if he really cares about you 2 then he'll let you go live with your mom, if not, then time for drastic measures. talk to your mom for advice, go to the police, school counselor, teachers, etc , if you have to, make up bad things about your dad, or as a drastic measure, threaten to kill yourselves.
