My macbook pro was opened up about three weeks ago and it was discovered the glass had cracked. So I brought it to the closest mac certified specialist and they replaced it for me ($300). I watched the process online and it doesn't seem to take that long or be too difficult or hard to mess up but I feel like they did. After having my computer for over a week, I got it back and now the screen feels extra flimsy and I am scared to even bring it to class and I am in college. On the top of the right side and down the right side my finger nail is able to slide easily in between the glass screen and the small black rubber-like liner that surrounds the screen. It does not do this on the left side. I have no idea if this is normal or not because I never paid attention to that before, but now I'm even scared to press too hard on it, because even pressing on it lightly it will move inwards. I do not want it to crack again because I didn't pay this much for a nice macbook, applecare(that wont cover this), and then the $300 to fix it. I have emailed the company to find out what's up, but I want a second opinion because I could see them lying to me because if it cracks again they will make more money. Will a speck case prevent it from cracking as well? I have a sleeve for it, but I am so scared about it cracking that I dont feel like that is enough. Also when I open and close it, it makes a slight sort of creaking sound, which it made every once in a while before but happens more often now, I do not know if this is the screen or what. Thanks for the help!

well at this point you do not have much of a say in it, let it go and stop worrying about it. Just be careful with the computer that is all you can do...
properly, I do see your factor however the iphone/ipod touch makes use of it and there are no human beings i be conscious of who've mentioned a scratched reveal screen or broken reveal screen. they have superior the glass on it to dodge scratches so why no longer the MacBook? interior the keynote it did point out the glass replaced into optimized to make it eaiser to slip you finger in the time of and probly theory-approximately a thank you to dodge broken trackpads and monitors too. besides there are assorted laptops recently that have glass areas yet confident there's a possiblity that they might have themes with that.
