Hello. I'm having a little trouble. When I plug in my phone (Ellipse LG9250) to my Macbook Pro, it doesn't "see" it.

My phone is supposed to have a USB mode, but even when I turned that on and plugged it in nothing happened. I tried maybe plugging it in and turning it on, still did nothing.

My phone is supposed to sync music from my computer and also act as a USB drive, but it is doing neither.

What can I do to fix this?

Actually, my PC at home doesn't seem to recognize my phone either. I probably should have mentioned that.

And having a Mac is required for my major ^^'
