Well today I brought in and got my 2 month old chihuaha got her the microchip shot at the animal shelter and after she got that she has had really bad diarrhea and its runny and gross. Is it cuz of the shot or what?
It could be a reaction to the shot. But your puppy could also be stressed out in a new environment with new people, or it could be a reaction to new food. Are you feeding your puppy the same food the animal shelter was? If not, or you don't know, contact the animal shelter and ask what food the puppy was on and if the puppy was experiencing diarrhea prior to you bring the puppy home. Good luck
She could have gotten a tummy ache from something else at the shelter. If she doesn't get better tonight take her to the vet in the morning. Chihuahuas, especially young ones, are so little that something like diarrhea can do some real harm to them. I doubt it's the shot though.

It's normal for puppies to get diarrhea.
Whenever my dogs have gotten micro-chipped that never happened so I don't think that's the cause.
Micro chip is unlikely to cuase this. Vet check or try feeding some pumpkin to help with stomache issuse.
YOu can buy meds for that from the vet or the feed store.
