Did your Vet do any labs to rule out parasites? If she is otherwise healthy, try giving her plain canned pumpkin. You can find it on the baking aisle at grocery stores. Give her a couple of tablespoons of it (or more if she is a bigger pup). Then each time after a stool that is still loose, give her more. This will help a dog or a pup better than any medicine I know of.
Next thing to consider is her diet. She could be allergic to something in her food. Try switching her food gradually (and adding a bit of pureed canned pumpkin) to something designed for dogs with sensitive stomach. Wellness Core has dog foods for specific needs. This is a high quality food. If it is out of your budget, you might consider a food without wheat or corn. Once she has adjusted to the new food and if this settles her problem, then you can just add a bit of Activia or other live bacteria yogurt product. (beneficial bacteria,)
It would be worth paying for labs to see if she has something like giardia.
Consider a new Vet if this one does not work out.
It could be that she is intolerant to the food you are giving her.
Try changing her food over the next few days and see if that works.
Make sure she is drinking plenty of water.
If it hasnt changed then i would take her to the vet again!
good luck!
hmm check the type of food you are giving her
and make sure it is puppy brand
and if you have any cats keep the pup away from the cat food also
Find a new vet.
