I just bought a wii on Dec 2010. I installed Homebrew channel and everything such as Darkcorp, Neogamma and DVD backup Launcher. I burned a Wii game to my blank DVD-R using Imgburn and as it's loading on my wii using Neogamma, it shows error 1167. When I load it from Darkcorp, it said unable to read disc. What should I do? Is it because of new wii doesn't work on burned disc, or I did something when burning?

Yes your Wii is unable to read any type of DVD, there is nothing you can do to change this except replacing your Wiis DVD drive with that of a pre 2009 model Wii. Your Wii has the new drive chip known as GC2-D4/ D3-2, Nintendo removed the ability to read DVD discs from the Wiis hardware.
You can still play backups of your legally owned games using a USB loader and USB Hard Drive.
I made a video explaining how to set it up on any version wii from US, Japan, and Europe. I posted them on YouTube, since you already have the HomeBrew Channel you can skip Step 1 (but I recommend watching it to make sure you have Priiloader set up to protect your Wii from Bricks)
