hello im a new LPN with 0 experience, besides clinical but somehow that does not count. I live in NJ , monmouth-ocean county area & have been searching for a job for almost a yr. If anyone can give me any pointers as far as which direction to look in.that would be extremely helpful !! THANK YOU =)

The question LITERALLY right below yours is basically the same question. Perhaps this is part of the problem - a lack of attention to detail and a lack of proper research?
Here's what I posted to that question, modified slightly for yours:
It's a total catch-22. You can't work until you have experience and you can't get experience if unless you work.
There are places that will hire LPNs without experience, they just aren't the top jobs. You'll have to keep looking and keep calling. See if any nursing homes are interested in hiring you in some sort of patient care role. In the mean time, use your LPN status and volunteer with it. The volunteer work will count as experience if it's within the field. So, volunteer at a free clinic, a low-cost clinic, planned parenthood, a college clinic, etc.
Keep looking and maybe stretch your search- if possible consider moving to find that job !
You can use volunteer work as experience and maybe consider continuing your education if you can afford to.
