I got that game quite a few YEARS ago, and I haven't played it in sooooo long lol.
But I remember I once didn't play it for like a few months...and my dog was still there lol.

no the dog runs away if you have it on for like 2 hours without doing anything
all that will happen to the dog is it will get dirty
