I believe she may only allow personal photographers of her own into the arena. That photo looks like a professional shot, so i'm assuming she is paying well for those photos. Also maybe only certain concerts she allows photos and certain concerts she doesn't. Bring your camera just in case, usually they can't tell you you can't have one.
