Nokia Lumia 620 Sound Issue?
I've had the Lumia 620 for about a week now and for a few days now there has been this sound issue where if the music has been paused for some time and I resume it, the sound only comes out from the left earphone. I've tried this with other earphones so it's a problem with the phone, not the earphones. The only way it goes away is if I restart the phone, however, I noticed that if I plug the earphone jack in halfway, sound then comes from both earphones.

take the handset as well as the headphone to nokia care, n show them the problem u r facing, u;ll find a solution to it, as nokia provides the best after sale service to it's customers.
