It depends what you're looking for in a smartphone. Personally I prefer the Exec, but that's just because I like its larger 'mini-laptop' style. As I use a bluetooth headset, the Exec's size isn't an issue for me, while it might be for someone who didn't want to hold a PDA up to their head when making a phone call.
As for the specs, they're fairly similar. I don't have much experience with the Trion, but I do have occasional problems with slow-downs on the Exec, probably because I have a lot of extra applications installed. I expect that if you're NOT trying to run half a dozen mobile office applications, an ebook reader and bubble breaker all at once, it performs better.
it must be that Caps Lock is became on by way of default. to coach if off press the button with a blue dot on it (on the backside left-hand side under the Caps/Shift) then press the main above it (Caps/Shift). this ought to turn it off till you repeat the comparable steps to coach it on.
