Official iPhone support?

On the Apple website it states that there is only iPhone support within 90 days of purchase. Mine is way over 90 days, that means my iPhone does not have online support??? I won't bother with the Apple forums, no one ever answers anything, and I require support from the Apple staff, since I gave them around $250 for this iPhone 3G.

Does anyone know if there are any numbers to call or emails to send for any official iPhone support?

Update:

There is something wrong with the volume control on my iPhone. It often mixes up the ringtone volume and sound volume when I launch apps (ie, sometimes ringtone volume will be used to control sound in-app).
