I'm on the first recovery week of p90x, I did every single workout, complete with the bonus part, I didn't follow the diet plan in any possible way.
I barely see any results, Should i keep going with the p90x and start following the diet plan?
OR
Is it better to start it all over again with the right diet plan?

I would continue into the 2nd phase, at this point your strength has been building and it would kinda mess things up if you continue with the first phase. I would follow the Phase 1 nutrition plan [Fat Burner] and continue from there. Make sure you are measuring yourself. The best way of recording your measurements is by entering them through Team Beachbody.

Lastly you should NOT eat less - this would actually lag your metabolism. The trick is really to eat more OFTEN 5-7 times a day. Follow the nutrition plan and take a look at the daily schedule to get an idea how to plan your meals

Follow the diet plan, it does work... my friend lost over 40 lbs in three months!! No joke...
It doesn't make sense to work out more and then eat more! eat less, work out more is how you lose weight!
The program only works if you follow it... and it does work!
