i failed miserably hard on this workout, its my 2nd day of p90x. i usually never workout my legs, but during the first 20 min of plyometrics i was gassed out and felt weak with no energy and somewhat like if i was going to throw up. didnt have much trouble with my upper body cause thats what i usually workout, but my legs killed me bad today.
however i took very very long breaks 5min-10min to recuperate and continue. pisses me off that i couldnt finish the workout correctly. i would get tired very quickly after i recuperated and continued. any tips?

Plyometrics is one of the best workouts, you'll feel like you have more energy and can last longer on other routines the days after you finish this routine, even if you don't finish it all.
In the beginning I barely finished 15 minutes of it, and that is expected. If you could easily complete the routine, then you won't be getting much of a challenge or exercise to lose weight.
The key to this is moderation. I initially tried to complete everything and go at their pace, and do the same number of jumps..but that only made me drop on the floor after 15 minutes. In order to complete this workout, I didn't worry about going at their pace, or doing as many jumps as them. I only did about half of what they did during each exercise so I wouldn't have to quit early and could put in 1 hour. After doing this a few times my body adjusted and got better, so after a month I could do 3/4 of everything, and after 2 months I could do it all.
Always do new exercises in moderation, at the rate your body will allow without losing all its energy quickly. In time you're body will improve and allow you to get better at the exercises.
If ur following the p90x time table then you definitely could desire to b doing plyometrics as quickly as each and every week. yet whilst your no longer following the time table and your purely doing plyometrics then you definitely can do thrice each and every week..it is like quite a few different day.
Be careful with this section there is a lot of volume . I'm in very good shape and I pulled my achilles tendon , limped around for 2 weeks :( . Just keep at it and work up to a speed that fits you :)
Nah...just go to the gym....lift weights u will be bored of p90x
