First of all, you really need to stop changing the PayPal account you have linked to your eBay account. This can potentially cause all sorts of problems for both your current payments and any other payments for new orders. Don't mean to sound rude...just want you to understand how important it is to have a stable eBay/PayPal link. Be sure it's BACK to the original PayPal account you first had on it.

OK...on to your real issue.

That little hourglass you see means that the PayPal payment is pending. This is nothing to worry about. Chances are, it's pending because your buyers are paying with a PayPal e-check; in other words, they're paying with a checking account attached to their PayPal account.

E-checks typically can take anywhere from 7-10 days to clear. While they are in the process of clearing, you'll see this hourglass. As long as that hourglass is there, DON'T SHIP! When it turns to a "$", THEN it is OK to ship it, since the dollar sign means that the payment has cleared.

I know people don't want to accept checks, but when you signed up with PayPal you agreed to accept all forms of PayPal payments, and these e-checks are a valid PP payment method. They take a while longer to clear, but they usually clear with no problem.
