This is what I have so far https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B0aCniFSoLejbjI5U...
What should I add, and what Should I take out? This agreement will be used for local artist photoshoots, wedding shoots, senior pictures, nude photography and more.. I don't want to be to strict and scare my clients away. I was also trying to put in a catogory stating that I am not responsible for any injuries to the client.

You need to have contracts for each type of photography you are involved., i.e. a wedding contract is going to include very very different things to a commercial contract, which is going to include very very different things to a model portfolio contract, etc, etc.
If you try and use a single contract to cover all aspects, it's going to end up 10-20 pages long with 8-18 pages being meaningless for any one particular client, which isn't going to look good at all.
I'm unable to access your link, so I can't tell you anything about your existing attempt, but I would strongly advise:
a) Separating each contract out (for example - venue clauses, live event clauses, liability clauses etc are *essential* for a wedding contract, but meaningless in a senior contract) and
b) having a lawyer check *everything* before you even dream of sending it to a potential client.
Skipping either step above is going to leave you wide open for disaster.
I would leave off the part about taking and printing from your website. You will automatically not be liable for this because that would be them stealing from you. As for the contract, if you were to write it in plain english (not all the extra legalese), especially as a simple contract, it could hold up much better. State it as you want it. Google photography contracts to get an idea of what others say.
