i suffer the same thing but i cant find a permanent solution so no promises. but what i do is steam my face for a good 10 to 15 minutes. and then splash my face with cold water and rub ice along the places i really need. so in your case it would be your nose and your forehead.

this is all i can say that works for me currently i do this once a week because my skin is sensitive.

i hear people add lemon juice to it or salt to really purify the skin.
