Ok so i have 2 beautiful children & before i became pregnant, i was 5"1 120 pounds. After I had my daughter i was 150 :/ & i got pregnant again, ended up after my son now im 190! :'( at 5"1. Im so insecure me & my fionces relationship is falling apart due to me not wanting do do anything! I feel disgusted! I went on a crash diet and lost but gained everything back. So today i am going to buy an eliptical machine, & next week im starting about 1400 calorie a day diet going to work 7 days a week with a eliptical and jillian micheals dvd workout! Any tips help! How much do you think ill lose a week if i workout & eat like this thank you im just so unhappy now :(

You can lose the weight but it's going to take time. Crash dieting will not work in the long run. Think of it this way. Even if you were to lose just 1 lb a week, over 1 year, you'd be 52 lbs lighter! And most people at least initially lose a lot more, depending how much fat you carry.
Your diet has to be in check. More wholesome foods and less processed crap. No soda or fruit juice; just water. Watch portions and get in lean protein and green vegetables.
Elliptical is good for starters. Also think of getting in some type of weight training.

Eat 5 6 small meals a day instead of 3
Try Zumba! I promise you it is so much fun, it doesn't even feel like a workout, but you burn up to 1,000 calories per workout! Find a local class zumba.com... every class is like its own community! Zumba is really awesome, it is all about having fun :) If you are having fun, you are doing it right!

It's as simple as eating healthy and working out, you just have to be dedicated and realize that it's going to take time.
when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted
make your cosmo 100 calories skinnier by mixing a raspberry infused vodka with club soda
eat a fiber filled apple before a meal to help you feel full faster
when you re waiting for a flight toss your carry on in a locker and tour the airport
