My fiance is trying to go for custody of his daughter, and is unable to afford a lawyer. He has a stable job and income but due to child support payments we are rather strapped for cash. He has reasons to believe his daughter is not being properly cared for and possibly emotionally and mentally abused. Does anyone know of any pro bono lawyers in the triangle area of nc that would help a dad get custody of his daughter?

The free attorneys will also be located next door to the restaurant with free ingredients and across the avenue from the vendor who has free cars. Kidding! This is an most important subject which requires respectable advice. It's going to now not be low cost. If the youngster's future is primary to you, borrow from loved ones or get a 2d or third job or do something to get the money to try this right. If it's not that important to you, you are going to no longer want an legal professional.
I am not aware of any-- your going to have a difficult time convincing someone to take your case for free. If you're truly concerned about the safety of his daughter you should spend the money and hire someone. If you truly cannot afford it research the process and file the paperwork to start the process yourself. Odds are she won't be able to afford an attorney either.
