Property dispute after a divorce.?
My divorce was finalized in April 2013. We purchased a house in 2010. My name only is on the mortgage and both our names are on the land the house is on. There was no division of property during the divorce. Who has legal rights to the house?

Who is the owner of the house? You only or both?
If both names are on the deed, then legally your spouse can claim a half of what will be left if you sell the house and pay off your mortgage.
