Your puppy's behavior sounds more like it's attention-seeking than anything.

If he jumped on the bed and urinated on the bed, perhaps you need to take him out more often?

Have you considered crate training?

When my puppy was being trained, I took him outside every hour, on the hour. When he urinated outside, he would receive "Good pee-pee outside". If he urinated in the house, I immediately took him outside.

Is he just peeing, or submissively peeing. If it is submissive, his punishments may have been too harsh and he is trying to show you he knows you are the boss. Are you using a crate to train him? If not, I would suggest starting over with the crate.

i was going through the same thing with my new puppy. I would rub her nose in it, then put her on paper, after that i would confine her to her cage for a half hour. After doing this for about a week, she no longer does anything on my bed. Just be patient and let puppy know that you are the boss. It takes time, but pup will come around. She will be your best friend. Just be patient and give her alot of love. When you bring pup out of cage give her love and a treat to let pup no you are no longer mad at him/her. Good luck.

number one don't let the dog on the bed puppies are puppies and like kids they do things to make you mad, or get attention i wouldn't rub his nose in it but you need to let him no he is bad and after he pees take him out side to where he is suposed to go and say we pee here lol sounds dumb but it works

don't blame him, this could be a medical problem. take him to the vet
