Is there a variation of push ups which stengthen the biceps and forearms ?
Yes. It is called the PUSH UP!
If you move your hands in narrowly it works your arms more than your chest so if you do wide push ups it works the chest more so do narrower push ups to work triceps and biceps more.

and shoulders to an extent
if u want biceps do pullups or curls
forearms u need to do
wrist curls,
hammer curls and
reverse wrist curls
