I’m 16 years old, going on 17. I currently weight about 181 lbs. I started doing 50 sit ups each day. I ride my bike all the time. I want to know how I can lose 61 lbs quickly? I mean I want to see results quickly I don’t care much for numbers. If we are talking numbers tho I’d like to be around 115-120 lbs

Sorry to say but 61lbs should take 6 months and should only aim to loose 2.5 lbs per week. Any more and you'll just be loosing water or muscle and slowing your metabolism down. You could loose 20 lbs in two weeks but it would be water and not fat and you'll also put it all back on in a couple of days.
Now that reality has kicked in, search for a TDEE calculator (Total daily energy expenditure) That will tell you how many calories you need to maintain your weight. To loose weight deduct / burn 20% of your TDEE. As long as you're in a 20% deficite you will loose weight. How you burn off that 20% is up you you. Either cut your calories by 20% or burn it off though cardio and strength training.
If you make a healthy lifestyle change to eat right and exercise regularly (eating being the most important of those 2 things) you can drop it in a little under 8 months if you're diligent. Maintain that new lifestyle and you can keep it off, as well.
FYI, situps do nothing for burning fat. Bike riding is a good, if you do a lot of pedaling and really push yourself (not just coasting).
Sit ups are the worst exercise you can do when it comes to your spine. They aren't good for you at all, and there are many other core exercises you can do instead... check out YouTube.
As far as weight loss goes, use a proven weight loss plan. The Ketogenic or Atkins way of eating both work well. lots of info about each on the internet.

Doesn't happen quickly. Get your exercise, eat right, it will happen.
Trying to lose that much weight quickly can be dangerous. You need to do exercises that burn fat. Sit ups are muscle toning exercises.
You will NEVER lose 61 Ibs quickly, unless you are willing to cut off a leg.
