My sons pictures on his laptop have disapeared. I asked him what he was doing at the time and of course got the standard answer I dunno. He lost his AIM but was able to get them back. They are not in ther recycle bin and of couse I am computer illiterate. In talking with others they have said to "restore" not sure how to do that. Can anyone walk me thru the steps to try and get them back.
