I would like to know if i buy a small commercial property in Japan if by owning it i would get access to live there with living rights like in other countries if you buy property you gain living rights to live there as much as you like i want a commercial place to live in so i can work on projects and have a living space but if anyone could let me know propety rights i would be very greatfull

in the majority of the countries in the world purchasing property has zero connection to immigration laws, so you have zero rights to live in the country just because you spent money on bricks and mortar and a commercial place is a business not a place to live in anyway
Buying property in most countries doesn't give you the rights to live there as much as you like, you still need a proper Visa, etc.
You also can't live in commercial space.
No. And most countries do not allow you to live there by dint of property ownership alone.
