I am beginning a project that entails a lot of statistical analysis of a database of information collected over the last 30 years. At the moment, the full data set is in excel format which does not have a powerful enough statistical and graphical system in it. I'd prefer not to have to use another program such as SPSS, so are there any plug-ins or add-ons for excel to provide more advance statistical functions?
