Rockford Fosgate punch 600a4 a class AB amp?
Can it be used to power 2 sets of 4 ohm component speakers (Skar vxi6.5c) that are rated at 120 wrms per side?
Heard they were great,underrated amps and quite beasty back in the day.
Seen one mint for a good price and was thinking about getting it for my comps if it can be used for mids and highs.

Of course. It's a 4-channel. It's meant to power your components. It's not going to give them 120WRMS each, but they'll scream for sure.
As for those amps being underrated, ehh not much. I ran the 800a4 back in ~2001-2004. Solid amp without a doubt, but not underrated like the Fosgate amps from the REAL back in the day. (Punch50 anyone?)
