Well, my advice would be to do the following.

First, change the manner in which you receive. Receiving by hand is just as valid as by the mouth, and far less potentially problematic. I know several priests who have told me that they prefer when people recieve by the hand precisely because it means they don't have to potentially... interact, shall we say... with people's mouths. In fact, my archdiocese changed years ago (at least 15) to hand-only. Changing to the hand should eliminate your issue.

Secondly, if you *do* think it is intentional and not merely by accident, you should definitely tell someone. As you go to a catholic school, perhaps you could tell a teacher or the principal. While my gut says that this is probably accidental, you are the best judge of that, and if you do think it is serious, then it is and action needs to be taken.
