Can you be sent to court for not registering to school?
I dropped out last year and got sent to court for truancy.
This year my parents didn't register to the school, so I was wondering if the school can still send me to court?
Im 16 years old

Every state has mandatory school attendance unless you fit into certain exemptions. The school would report you to the police who would then bring you in for truancy as happened last year.

In Texas it is compulsory to attend school if you are between the ages of 6 - 18 years, but there are exemptions.
You have some kind of parents if they do not sign you up for school and sit in class if they have to to see that your asssss gets an education. And yes you and they can end up in court!
It depends
