Seal case, super rod in pokemon pearl.?
how can i make some seals for the pokeballs? cuz the man in the middle inside the seal shop is saying "the merchant over there" pls help me to create seals for my pokeballs.
also where can i find the super rod?
in the way to the pokemon league, inside victory road, there is a person in blue that is blocking a way to a cave. how can i remove him?
Update:i already have a seal case but don't know how to use it cuz of the man in the middle of the shop inside.

The Super Rod is located on Route 225. Its in the fishing area. Talk to the fisherman.
First of all to get the seal case you need to go to a house east in Solean and talk to the women.
To get the super rod talk to a fisherman northwest of the fight area and say yes.
If you did not defeat the Elite Four yet you're not supposed to go there. But if you beat the Elite Four and get the National Dex he'll be gone.

The Super rod is unavalible until after you beat the elite four. When you do, goto the Building between the Fight area and route 225 and answer the fishermans question like you did to get the Super rod and you shall have it.
If you talk to the little boy in the cave that has the unknown pokemon I believe he gives you the seal case. The super rod you wont get until you reach the battle fronter, which you won't get to until you defeat the elite four. Once you defeat the elite four, the man in the cave in victory road will be gone.
Don't using legendaries shows a lack of skill and patience.
