Simple electric potential problem?
The electric potential at a position located a distance of 21.0 mm from a positive point charge of 7.10×10^-9C and 14.5 mm from a second point charge is 1.18 kV. Calculate the value of the second charge.
**I know the answer is -2.999×10^-9 C, but i just need to know how to do the work to get that answer. Any help with this would be great. Thanks.

Forces are vectors and direction makes a difference.
